Payment, Deposit and Cancellation
Payment Methods:
Please pay balance by cash or business check at the event. In some cases, we can accept personal or business credit cards with the full amount of the payment prior the event (5% additional will be added).
Deposit:
We are asking for deposit for events booked more than 3 weeks in advance. Deposit is not refundable but may be applied to a later date within 30 days if the same party is rescheduled. The rescheduling option is depending on our availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Please notify us for the event's cancellation or rescheduling as soon as you know that.
If you did not pay non-refundable deposit, then we do charge $50-$100 cancellation fee if you notified us less than 10 days of booked event date.
If cancellation noted on the event's date, then client will be charged to full-service payment.

Helpful information
What kind of paint do you use?
We use only the highest quality water-based make-up and paints that are an industry standard because they are FDA approved (not just non-toxic), and they wash off with soap and water. You can also use cleaning milk, makeup remover or lotion after the washing.
How many kids can you paint in an hour?
It depends on what kind of paintings the kids want (full face or just cheek/arm art), how old they are, how good they are at holding still. A good pace is about 15-20 kids per hour. And pretty often the parents want to get painted too, so please remember to plan the time.
I'm planning a water splash party. Is face paint waterproof?
Face paint is not waterproof and can easily wash off with soap and water. For water splash party, we can offer glitter tattoos, which are waterproof. Please count approximately 12-15 glitter tattoos per hour.
How many balloons can you make in an hour?
Our balloon art includes many simple (1-2 balloons) and more complicated (3+ balloons) designs for any size of the party. Please count approximately 20 balloons per hour for the private party, or up to 30 simple balloons for the crowd events.
For large events you can invite 2 balloon artists.

Limitations on Artwork for Face Painting:
Face Painting artist will not paint any part of body that is illegal to expose, or any place artist does not feel comfortable painting. Artist will not paint any design or wording that is obscene, offensive, or defies good taste.

Kids Supervision:
Artists do not supervise children during the Face Painting and/or Balloon Art entertainment. Kids behavior and safety is the clients and/or parents responsibility.

Liability Statement:
As we are using only the highest quality makeup, the Face Painting artist is not liable for allergic reactions to this makeup. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin (or they parents) should ask artist to perform a patch test at the beginning of the entertainment or do not participate in Face Painting.
​For sanitary reasons, artists will not paint anyone who appears to be sick or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, or any infectious skin condition or open wounds.
For the allergic reaction please note that we are using Latex balloons.
Face Painting and Balloon Twisting artists will use reasonable care, but are not responsible for damage to clothing or property.
